This is a darker ale. It has some depth to it, but relies a lot on the base ingredients to hold it together. Often
a good dark ale will have something like, for example, a toffee/caramel tinge through it to give it a kick. This is all just hops, malt and barley.
It's by no way my favourite darker ale, but it's alright. It's pretty basic, they haven't really done much to make it
stand out. I guess if you want to to try a darker beer if you hadn't before this might be a safe introduction, but if
you're looking for something new and exciting you won't find it here.
