I don't remember ever seeing this beer in the fridge at my bottleo but it appeared out of nowhere this evening
in a nook at the side of one of the fridges. If it has been there the whole time, it has done so with the stealth
of a ninja.
This is a Victorian Pale Ale with a strange name. It's not a bad beer, but I have had plenty better Pale Ales.
It's that clean type of refreshing ale initially, but then it has a sudden bitter punch that hangs around for
awhile afterwards. It's not over the top but it's borderline. I'd say it nudges the balance a little off, but
not majorly to its detriment.
Can't really recommend it. There are better boutique beers out there, but if you come across it and the price is right
it is a good enough beer.
