This is a strange beast this one. It's one of the most unique Pilsners I've drunk. The initial flavour is very strong
which is a bit out of the ordinary and the aftertaste is actually quite mellow. To be honest, it doesn't really taste
like a Pilsner! At first I wasn't really that into it, but the closer I got to the bottom of the bottle the more
it had grown on me.
It's like when you sometimes listen to a band's new album when they've changed direction. At first, you don't like it
because it's not what you expected. But as time goes by and the dust settles, you start to appreciate the creative
risks taken.
I'd like to drink another one, as I still haven't totally got my head around it.
