This was a big call. After their terrible track record so far... they've gone and called this one 'Real Beer'.
Big claim to make. To make the experience as 'real' as possible I drank this beer while eating enchiladas
and wearing a Charles Barkley jersey.
Real.
The word for the day is REDEMPTION! I never thought I'd say it, but this one was actually a good drop. It's an ale
with a whirlwind of strong malt and hoppy goodness with a bitter aftertaste that is far more bearable than the previous beers from GRB.
I would gladly drink another one, which couldn't be said about their other beers. My overall assessment of the Grand
River Brewery has now moved from 'Fucking Terrible' to 'Pretty Shit'.
