Beast by name, beast by nature. This shit will put hairs on your chest. IPA's can pack a punch because of their higher alcohol content, but this packs a wallop. The Squires IPA I had earlier is a pretty damn smooth balanced IPA, this is heavy handed and leaves you reeling after each swill. It has a strong amber ale-ish flavour to begin with and then POW! a sharp, bitter aftertaste.
I guess it does what it was designed to do, but in the whole scheme of things it isn't easy to drink.
