Phoenix Beer

After my less than positive review on the now infamous 'Three Horses' beer from Mauritius, I was suggested this one
as a superior rival to the much coveted crown of 'Best Beer from Mauritius'.

I like the simplicity of the name 'Phoenix Beer'. No fuckin around, it's just beer. This mantra also carries over into
the beverage itself. It's actually more like an aussie lager than a euro lager I'd say. It doesn't really have that
fruity tinge to it, and the malt and hops are more at the forefront. It's pretty easy drinking.
